Breath of Light is a profound healing tool with many facets.
The first gift is that of being in a state of meditation, the second, is experiencing basic Buddhist concepts such as impermanance, non attachment & mindlessness .
I found this film to be an extraodinary tool for emptying the mind and balancing one's being.
Created with sincerity for the soul not the intellect.
Bravo!

Watching “Breath of Light” we encounter a juxtaposition of sharp lines and soft, blurring colors, the merging of Shiva, linear consciousness, and Shakti, the ever-changing energetic flow. The subtlety and of the imagery suggests the merging of the finite and the infinite represented by the decomposition of images – Sheila na Gigs, skulls, Kali’s fierceness melting into the softness of a flower-petaled yoni, butterflies – and their recomposition into new forms, the cosmic lila in all its supreme beauty rendered for us to behold in a glorious, multi-colored map of the physico-emotional-biochemical realm. Such is the depth of the meditative space one enters on surrendering to the lure of the visual imagery augmented by tabla beats and mellow grooves.

Spanda – the creative force of the universe – the supra-linguistic, lingua franca of the Tantrikas is encapsulated in the melding visual images as tablas impose a rhythmic narrative on something that propels us towards a space beyond the realm of linear time, perhaps nudging closer to that vibrational realm beyond the limitations of the linguistic nexus into the space where there is only the immediacy of pure experience.

Breath of Light is a visual meditation.
The morphing colors, shapes and designs inspire the soul toward the creative.
Within the flow of images the mind's eye witnesses dancing angels, blossoming flowers and exotic creatures.
